PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.
Thank you for your interest in staying at The Grand Daddy Hotel.

Your booking enquiry is valid for 48 hours and only confirmed when the required deposit has been received.

This is a ‘Breakfast included’ rate.

Complimentary Breakfast is served in our Café on the ground floor from 7am to 11am for each accommodated guest. All other meals, drinks and services must be settled directly.

EXCLUDED: Gratuities, Items from the bar, kitchen, laundry, transfers and parking.

Check-in on day of arrival is from 2pm.

Check-out on day of departure before 11am. Late departures must be pre-arranged and approved by management and will be subject to an additional cost.

Vehicle parking can be reserved, at an additional fee. Please note, we have limited on-site Hotel parking. If you would like to reserve a Hotel bay, please make a reservation before your arrival. If there is no parking available, please park at the Hotel entrance on Long Street on arrival and our front desk will instruct you on where the external parking is (roughly 200m away.)
TERMS OF PAYMENT:

We accept EFT payments for accommodation (our banking details are available on request) as well as payment through an online payment link (Peach payments).

Bookings will only be confirmed once payment has reflected on our bank statement. If paid via EFT, proof of payments is to be sent to reservations for reference of payment. (reservations@granddaddy.co.za)

Please email a proof of payment stating your Reservation number as a reference.

All enquiries, confirmations and cancelations are subject to our terms and conditions.

The Grand Daddy reserves the right to release bookings should the payment or POP not be received within the requested time frame.

Please note the Grand Daddy Hotel only accepts Visa and Mastercard with our online payment link.
PAYMENT:
A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance is due 7 days prior to arrival date. You can pay by EFT into our bank account or our online payment link with your VISA or MASTER card.
Please note if paying the balance due via EFT, the funds need to reflect in our bank account at least 24 hours before check-in. If not we will hold the balance due against your Credit Card until the funds reflect on our Bank Statement.
CANCELLATION:
Only written cancelation will be accepted. Be sure to receive an acknowledgment of cancellation from the reservation office.

50% cancellation fee of the total amount is applicable if the booking is cancelled 14 to 8 days prior to arrival.

100% cancellation fee of the total amount is applicable if the booking is canceled 7 days or less prior to arrival.

100% cancellation fee of the total amount is applicable if the booking is canceled during stay or after check-in.
Deferrals and amendments of reservations are subject to approval and may incur cancelation or administration fees.
Reservation credits will only be held up to 12 months, thereafter full amount will be charged as a cancelation fee.
Any discrepancies on the confirmation/ pro-forma invoice must be addressed in writing at the time of booking.
Please note that only with receipt of payment will a reservation be confirmed – until then it is a quote only.

INTERNATIONAL EFT PAYMENTS
We bank with Investec Private Bank Limited. When paying via Investec Forex, please note that ALL bank charges will be for your own account.
Please email proof of payment when paying by direct deposit and quote your reservation number as a reference.
By making payment you are accepting all the terms and conditions of the bookings as stated above.
